I dont know what your game is but i am unimpressed.

The FTC has rested their case. They only brought Yarborough as their only witness, and once again he was destroyed on the stand. The reason why the judge is asking for his predicates is because he has none.

Did you know that he did some testing for IVDN years ago, but the FTC came along and paid him a large sum of money to flip over to their side?

IVDN has both the law and the science on their side, sorry to disappoint you.

BTW, did you know that there has never been even one complaint from anyone who has installed the house wrap? Why would the FTC pursue a case in those circumstances when their primary function is to protect consumers?

Did you know that the FTC has NEVER used the correct testing procedure on Insultex, even though their bosses at the Department of Commerce have been mandating the C518 modified test since the 1960's?
