I’m not denying some of the truths here. I think the timelines of what Henry has provided suck. I do believe, even months ago, that the bank fund is what changes everything here.

APR delays because of bank fund delays. The Bank Fund has the Capital to start generating revenue here, not PHIL itself. This has been apparent to me since last year. Henry doesn’t do a well job of explaining this.

The buy back. Obviously Henry needs consulting fees, loans, a special sub fund, etc to make this happen. As far as the amount listed. He could prepare to buy back 10,000,000,000 at this point. You can’t initially list share amounts that haven’t been issued. IE 5,000,000,000 + buyback when the OS was at 5,000,000,000 shares. Will the buyback happen? Only time will tell. Not you or me.

APR dividend. Bank fund is needed, in my opinion. There should be a sub fund with capital waiting to be put into the operational side of this business. I’m pretty sure this needs capital injected for them to issue S-1, go public, pay for filing fees, etc., etc.

Vinafilms is another one that has bad timelines. What Henry should have said is we need a full audit and we will provide updates as things progress. Giving timelines like he has has only given investors false hope. Their website now says that 06/30 10k will have Vinafilms revenue in it. Time will tell.

Conclusion. I still have hope and will be providing any details as they are FILED. I do have positive sentiment because of the Bank Fund that is progressively being institutionalized at this point. The bank fund is the driving force for the entire company here. The bank fund provides the capital for all Subsidiaries that have a chance to generate revenue. The diamond exchange is being generated from the bank fund. APR bank fund. DIO group bank fund. Vinafilms bank fund. Solar energy bank fund. Anything else bank fund.
