@okwife - Let them dream okwife. Any veteran or seasoned investor trades with their head and not with their hearts. I almost never write, but I feel I should as I'm seeing lots of newbies lately and I want them to do their DD and not have delusions of grandeur when it comes to PHIL. I had wished to see some of the veteran posters posting 2 sides to this stock, both the good & the bad, but sadly, they only want to post the so called "positives" and NOT the "negatives." Note how some of PHIL's "positives" is seen as a "negative" by the market. Remember. The market is never wrong.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
#1 - "The Buyback" - When I jumped in to buy PHIL back in March 2019, (I own 10 million shares), the O/S were at 5.85 billion. After the buyback announcement, the O/S has jumped to 10.52 billion. According to PHIL/Henry, PHIL will be buying back 5 billion plus shares. That will only take PHIL back to the 5.85 billion or so O/S again. If at 5.85 billion O/S, the stock was no bid at .0001, any seasoned investor will tell you that a buyback with 10.52 billion O/S will not move this stock either. Why do you think that when there is a large bid, there is always a bid busting trade that wipes it out? It's because seasoned investors don't see this moving for a very, very long time, if at all. Hence, that answers Tobin's question of: "Who would sell a stock at .0001?"

#2 - "The Dividend" - The so called "dividend" payout has been promised, pushed back, promised again, and pushed back again too many times for seasoned traders/investors. Only newbies & amateurs will be drinking the "dividend" KOOLAID that Henry spews out as veteran traders/investors don't ever see this to be a reality. Like Tony Montana once said. "I don't break my balls or my word for anyone." Henry is way past that mark.

#3 - "The VINAFILMS Audit" - This "audit" has also been pushed back time, and time again. like a skipping cd, it goes like this: "March 2019 we anticipate the audit to be done." When that deadline comes and goes it then becomes: "June 2019", then "September 2019." Only a newbie or a complete moron doesn't see that this pattern is the same pattern as listed above.

#4 - Conclusion - Do I think this stock goes up? Yes, but not to the levels some of the delusional people that are posting on here wish it to go to, and it won't be going up anytime soon. Everyone has their reasons for being in this stock. Just like everyone has their reason to go to McDonalds. Some go for the burgers, while others go for the nuggets and the fries. Time restrains me from posting more "positive/negative" info. I posted this so that anyone looking to jump in can see that the "positives" this company has going for it can also be seen as "negatives." Like another poster said here, I'll repeat. If trading/investing OTCPK is too much for you, then maybe you should invest your money elsewhere. One thing Henry did get right. It's that this stock is not for day trading or short term investors. Good luck to you all!
