This is where a little additional DD is required. Search on Nevada S0S shows SAEAN management updated EMPM to current and submitted management list to SOS... Also SAEAN management filed the last 10k and 8 k for EMPM, along with acquiring 64% of the EMPM OS from old EMPM owner. This is typical reverse merger, and the incoming company looks to be SAEAN as long as its not contested by old EMPM owner. Since he sold 64% to SAEAN I dont see any issues.
