Interesting. I am Korean American. I can google in Korean language about the company, so far (5mins search on google), I see that they mentioned back in Feb 2019 that they will go public in OTCQB in the US. Couldn’t find if it was going to be EMPM though.
They moved their headquarters to US already and only left R&D center in Korea. Also already expanded to Japan, and looking to expand to Europe, Indonesia, Dubai, and South Africa.
