Curious, just what or who triggers one of these

enhanced index fund

to make a move? Is it legal street information and they just move faster? Is it not legal information from sources TBD? If AVXL is tight lipped then how do they know what is going on?

I do believe the entire system is totally corrupt, but they are not THAT stupid. As suggested the sources have not prompted a move yet b/c they know it is just not time. What magic connections exist that allow such claims to be made? Do trials being run in different continents matter to the secret sources?

None of these claims about secret insights make sense, unless it is all against the regs for confidential information. Do any of these people ever worry about being tapped on the shoulder?
