-----Can't short this. SEC rule: To short a stock below $4, you have to put up $2.50 collateral per share. Would cost $ millions to short this. Rule doesn't apply to the Bahamas or Canada.

MMs can't short any stock since they control the stock's price. But they can go naked short. That is when they borrow the shares from a margin account from a broker. When margin accounts are opened,the person signs something sayin the broker can lend his shares out.

If you have shorted many penny stocks, please say with what broker.
