JL/North et al., why JT jumped the gun fast about Adcom while FDA asked him not to PR the investors yet? What happens if FDA choose to reverse its decision about needing an Adcom? Looks like JT has to release the tentative Notice (hope he has it) he received from the FDA then to cover his rear. He could have kept quiet and we could have hit $30 by now. But Why JT did that? And looks like PDUFA date might still stay the same and we might be in a huge surprise like Anchor approval at the least by then. I think FDA is short staffed and in the midst of NVS debacle, FDA might want the panel to backup their approval of a possible wider label in case.
