Without making a prediction I do believe that Amarin will take FDA back to court if FDA moves the PFUDA back to Dec..Amarin will charge FDA with "Arbitrary and Capricious Behavior." I don;t think FDA wants any part of that..The R-I results, ICER, ADA and AHA will all support the efficacy, safety and cost effectiveness of Vascepa....I think this is why FDA is holding back on when these meetings are going to be held..Because they are considering the ramifications of what Amarin could do if they delay things...And FDA can not take this kind of risk...My guess is FDA will fold in this Cuban Missile like scenario...

So don't give up on Amarin just yet....
