Joe, Assuming the legal players know as much as you do, WHY bother to CREATE OBS?

Wouldn't 99.99% of BK's have just cancelled them?

Did someone say, "I know thousands of people lost their dreams and life savings, SO, to rub it in, let's create an OBS, and give them false hope for 11+ years."
