Read the disclosure statement. It is well discussed as to why set up the OBS. It was to save the NOLs that could be used during the liquidation process, with the remainder being fully utilized by the COD.

No false hopes. The disclosure statement says also clearly that the common, traditional preferreds, and the subordinated debt (CTs) would not see a recovery.
