The accelerated hiring makes me think Amrn really thought we were on track.
The newbie share holders are unlikely to believe Amrn didn't have suspicions and are no doubt furious and some will no doubt start the ambulance chasers filing suits again.
The FDA is corrupt or incompetent or both. I'm inclined to go with mostly incompetent with enough crookedness to do some leaking.
But they won't stop Vascepa. Too much evidence. Enough deep pockets on our side. The stunningly suspicious irregular treatment of AMRN builds such a compelling trail of evidence that they will not be able to get away with a CLR.
If the goal was to bring the BO price expection down, its working. Virtually everyone on this board would gladly sell at half what their expectations were a month ago.

The harm to patients and investors is real and I hope it weights on the shoulders of the lame brains who didn't plan an adcom months ago.
