Didn't need to do? Is that a frigging joke or do you pay absolutely zero attention to financial statements? AMRN had $210M in cash at end of Q1 and $220M end of Q2 - guess how much they raised in the "unnecessary" secondary they did last Nov? TWO HUNDRED MILLION. They'd be out of business if they hadn't raised that money.
