So AMRN had $200 m ? cash on the balance sheet and you want them to use half of that to pay off an existing loan ?



Exactly, I said so when they did the last cash raise too (which they also didn't really need to do) that it would make sense if they were raising the money to payoff the loan so that they could freely borrow money from now on.

If they need money they should have borrowed it. They are almost profitable with Vascepa as is (at least until they hire all these damn sales reps) they don't need huge reserves of cash what they needed is more flexibility when it comes to financing... which starts with getting rid of the Pharmakon "loan".
