Ha ...come now we’re at a crossroads aren’t we ?

Some here ( myself included ) think Vascepa is the best thing for CAD patients ( of which I am one ) since Statins were discovered .

Yet the market doesn’t seem to agree .
Why not ?
Patent challenges ?
Narrow FDA approval ?
Resistance from insurers ... even in the face of the ICER analysis ?

I don’t get it frankly .... and I’ve been on max dose of almost every CV risk reduction drug ever invented since 1986
