A3-71 is going to cost a bit taking into P1, call it $20m. This could be funded by the new registration at current SP with 6-7m shares leaving LPC/Cantor to keep current operating cash flow at the usual $20m’ish. Possibly in a year or less the P2b/3 trial needs to be extended for the P3 stage to North America. This as we know will be more expensive than the trials down under. Cost say $40m, by then hopefully needs fewer shares to achieve. Other than that I can’t see the shelf being used until post positive readout for driving Anavex through the transition to revenue earning entity.
