It’s not that the patents aren’t valid. They are just worthless. Heck even the CEO says it. All the ptab does it says ‘yes you own these patents’ but that is vastly different than being able to make any claims against them. They can’t do that, and never will which makes them worthless

That was the driving force of the whole company. ‘Let’s get patents that play close enough in the same arena we can tie up courts, but we know they will never win. However we can sell shares for years and make ourselves a lot of money’

That’s what is going on. There was never any intention of monetizing these, just the illusion while they fleece shareholders.
