Picked up a few thousand shares yesterday on the cheap peeps. It’s hard to justify it honestly but if VPLM is going to keep fighting I might as well dig my heels in right along with them. The Alice decision was a setback due to the amount of time these appeals take and it seems year after year there might be that one or good bad event that happens and that’s it. I would like to see what judge Koh does next and what she decides on the appeal now with the 8-0 win at the PTAB. It would be hard to squash the appeal when 9 different judges all said our patents were valid. We shall see what happens. Have a good weekend everybody
