The patent for composition of matter devoid of DHA is unbreakable. There is no prior art . -Whalatane

Two problems with that, 1) it is a judicial exception (which we elaborate on in our report), and more importantly 2) Amarin is not even contending infringement of composition, probably because they know their IP regarding it is very weak, and that the ‘146 patent was unjustly submitted to the Orange Book, and they have potentially committed antitrust violations in submitting it (we also provide compelling evidence of this in our greater report).

If you examine the claims construction more thoroughly you can write your own representative claim, and in it is nothing about DHA, only method of use. And this method is invalidated by a preponderance of evidence in prior art, mostly explicit.
