My understandings of the patents —- and I acknowledge that others here may know more

The patent for composition of matter devoid of DHA is unbreakable. There is no prior art .

Compositions that contain DHA may challenge BUT the R-It results are based on Vascepa .... devoid of DHA .... so there’s no assurance you
will get the same RRR

That why I don’t see DS as a real threat. If RRR from R-It had only been say 10% ... then I could see DS
with some DHA being considered an option ... but not with the actual R-It numbers we saw
