Were they all scams or were some of those failed businesses?

The blatant scams are marked by deals between insiders and mad dilution.

Neither of those are happening with AMFE. Theres always a chance it may fail as a business but seeing as they are funding growth with out diluting says to me they won’t fail short term. And seeing as they have vertical integration of the board game industry from publishing to retail and everything in between, within a sector that is booming, gives every chance they will succeed long term too.
