HAHA!!! Many famous SCAMS shure did have products, businesses, and revenues. Here are many EXAMPLES from my list.

LOCH/CDEX - a landmine detector, ValiMed medication analyzer, and a methamphetamine sensor. Also had a ranch, a biz selling Tuli cattle male genetic material 'straws', solar-powered water pumps, and a bomb scanner for airports and train stations.

HJOE - sold beef jerky on Amazon and Wolf Shot energy drink at stores

HMNY - sells monthly all-you-can-watch movie asses for most major theaters and chains

MRIB - sold flavored vodkas in major stores

MINE - sold energy drinks in convenience stores

PPJE - did fee-for-service biling for physicians and clinics

NTEK - had an upscaled 4K video streaming service and a prop called the Nuvola/NP-1 to be attached to non-smart 4K TVs so they could stream 4K. Rented Paramount movies and had an exclusive run of Interstellar in Spring 2015 for four months.

FIBR - sold an optical multiplexing switch "GigaMux" - to Belgecom (main Belgian telephone company) and also to the main telecom in Spain (I forget the name of it).

SPNG - sold a variety of pre-soaped/soap-infused sponges in Walgreens and Walmart.

These are EXAMPLES of pennyscams, like AMFE, that had selling props, revenues, and actual money-losing businesses - as AMFE is - burning munny and broke - can't even afford to pay for its own SnL in the USA - thus needed John Fox (financier) to finance them.

I bin stuudying pennyscams and pennyswindling for four decades so far, and the better pennyscams always have product props, real businesses (just that the pennyscam keeps losing munnny even if one of its businesses is doing OK!), real revenues ... and everything is great ... until the financials stop showing up and the pyramid of money losses and debt collapses.

In the '80s, the famous ZZZZ Best was actually a successful carpet cleaning business. Read about ZZZZ Best and why it is nott a good idea to judge a stock based on the visible business activity and reputation of the prop business/product.

SPNG sponges gott good reviews and were also sold on Amazon - all good pennyscams have a prop, a visible biz, and revenues - until they quit filing 10-Ks and 10-Qs (or for Form 15 'dark' scams like AMFE, quarterly and annual financial 'disclosure' advertisements on the OTCMarkets.com paid advertising website)
