Absolutely wrong. Not everyone has the time, or fortune to knwo of previous bad actors. If someone was scammed, and are willing to share their misfortune to help prevent others from falling victim that is perfectly the right thing to do. If you wait around for the SEC to step in and protect you, you could go bk before that happens. We have to look out for each other in OTC land. Also, not all OTC stocks are sh!t Companies. Companies like Nintendo and Mercedes Benz are also OTC Companies.
