Why warn against just ECDC?? There are thousands other OTC stocks, where 99% of them are scams. It is useless to say "I told you before" or "I warned you" after person gets cancer. If you want to nip in the bud then STOP PRODUCING PRODUCTS MADE OUT OF TOBACCO in the first place. Same way, your warning is useless because possibility of a scam in OTC is a known fact and still going to happen in other OTC companies. It is the SEC that has to make sure that any company is 100% legit before allowing it to be listed. But the whole system itself is rigged... Agree??
