My belief is COMM (ARRS) has no choice but to buy or make fair settlement offer.

Considering:
- Reality
- Appeals
- Discount for buying b4 trial
- Carter's 900M+ shares
- Don't want to BK (bankrupt) COMM
- Royalties for numerous years

COMM will make offer based on Cisco appeal.

Win ChanBond-Cisco appeal ~ $2+/share else, $0.65 (about a 1/3rd).
