I think it's crazy not to see the possibility.

Let me lay this possibility out for you.

A company admits it is too small to start new trials, complete matters in a timely fashion, and generally it can only handle one large phase III and nothing else at the same time.

The company realizes if its trial is successful, it cannot adequately move forward because it is too small.

The company realizes it must either be acquired or license its product to someone else that can handle launch/commercialization (should it succeed in trial)

The company realizes that if it succeeds at trial, and the market cap goes too high, it will turn off potential buyers who would then wait for NWBO to show its inexperience at trying to launch this puppy, and let them flounder. A monumental waste of time just to get the opening bid started.

Even the manufacturer for the company had to be brought back around for DCVax-Direct trial potential, with nothing stated about their capacity to handle a global launch for DCVax-L.

Everything points to LP trying to position this for an entry point for bidding, then hopefully a bidding war.
