If the "economies of scale" are $5 per lb production cost to be sold at $10 wholesale (as one of the pilgrims to Lacoste PM'd me he was told) this probably would not be a viable model. Perhaps if everything they sold were jumbo's 10/lb it might work but then how large is the jumbo market.

This is eerily similar to a post I have made several times with only one response the 5/10 reply....long way to go and I hope they make it to the "plate".
