If what you state is fact, then there is only one term that will suffice to describe this situation, and that's madness!! To reject any reasonable deal offered by a big player like CVS would be ludicrous! At this point BIEL needs a lifeline and maybe CVS could have served that opportunity, but no. Well, that's BIEL for ya!!
