Once you 2 get:

1} the Amarin patent(s) in front of us, one of you believes to be infringed, and

2) more important, the status that the Omegabrite product has in the market place--research lab or actually being sold in commerce with attendant promotional materials--then I may weigh in on the topic.

Meantime, you may want to check the patent statutes and case law on whether mere research lab work amounts to patent infringement. Last I read, it is a tricky area to maneuver in and express a definitive opinion.

Timing of above events vis a vis patent filing/issue dates could be important.
