Anyone have info about the German contract obligations? Let's say either company is unable to obtain import/export license or Invictus does not obtain EU-GMP, what are the consequences?

According to the article posted by someone else the certification takes about a year perhaps a bit more so we should hear something not too long from now...If it doesn't go through it may not make much of a difference because we've already sold off so much...If it does go through you're going to see one heck of a bounce...Oil license all waiting....That should be real soon...Seems like a loooong time especially as the share price continues lower...

Invictus NEEDS good developments but we can't afford premature announcements that fail and don't come to a signed deal as MR.Blabla has stated...
