Anyone have info about the German contract obligations? Let's say either company is unable to obtain import/export license or Invictus does not obtain EU-GMP, what are the consequences?

Anyone have access to the "supposed" contract? Anyone? Lot's of requirements still to be met from both parties.

It's NOT a done deal as some are lead to believe. Invictus mimics other established companies who have all the certs and that's about it. Building hopes for something that may not happen, as usual.
