How else do explain why we dropped to $15 and are basically holding in the $15 range vs the $25 range.

I could be wrong regarding how they came up with the sale price. That doesnt matter to me. What does matter to me is they sold at a significant discount to current share price.

Perhaps if they explained the sale, how the price was negotiated and agreed to, I would have less bad feelings about this dip.

Regardless, as lomg as they dont do this again i am fine, a little upset with management but I am 100% certain we will recover to $25 and higher soon. Just too bad they didnt set up the sale for a better price closer to retail.

This is a great buying opportunity that will hopefully be the last time management does this to shareholders.
