The Price Drop - GET REAL !

This price drop boils down to CWBHF management not setting up the sale of their shares for market price at close of business on day "x".

Had they done that the sale price would have been around $20 and share price would have jumped higher.

What rational BUYER of a volatile stock in a volatile sector would ever negotiate well before "day x" to pay "market price at close of business on day 'x'" ! (Rhetorical question so no "?")

Using VWAP over a "sufficiently long and representative" time period seems a much more reasonable figure to START such negotiations on price. That is ALSO difficult to determine with a stock price with such a short history as CWBHF.

By my back-of-the-envelope calculations: for the time period after the signing of the Farm Bill on 20Dec2018 thru 07May2019 the VWAP was ~17. If one goes back further, I'm confident that VWAP will drop to 15 or below.

So what's your analysis to support your claim that "around $20" would have been possible? (Not a rhetorical question)
