One last post since you are asking me a direct question. I'm not a lawyer and I don't know for sure if this will have any validity in a courtroom, but I will tell you what I see,
1. False advertisement: look at this board, we are the same group of people who got sold by seethru equity the estimated price per share of $0.75 cents ot $1.50. We now know seethru is a paid entity who got sued because of that.
2. Misguidance: how many times have you heard the same profitability crap? is like a carrot in front of a horse, it kept us going.
3. private funds mismanagement: where did the money for the foot cream went, it's not even sold in our page at amazon, it's like the pur chase was done solely with the idea to create some sort of expectation
