Rain man speculative calculation:
Series A-1=20M max capital raise= movie production sector Ernings per share of .029x24P/E=.70+ with 680M as the O/S.

Obviously the structure of the float/AS/OS will be different but could create significant ROI if executed well their are to many variables to create an accurate p/e&eps but once the dust settles we could have a good long hold here.
