when you merge vgtl and mikp into arowana media holding inc. will the benefits of both groups of holders in the subsidiaries reap the benefits of a merger. i ask because both companies have very different share structures by several hundred million shares.

we also saw an increase in the share structure of vgtl by 60m shares i hope this was an issuance for services or talent acquisition of some kind. with the history of the entities the way it is in my opinion its paramount to show shareholders you care about their overall holdings. dilution is a hot button for many and it raises red flags if not allocated to some kind of asset for the companies long term growth. i look forward to finding out the truth in future filings.

Hi Matt- sorry about the delays- we are putting everything together for our Reg A --- The benefits will be distributed pro-rata in relations to a certain ratio we'll come up with using guidance from attorney.

As for the increase in share structure, dilution is a hot button for us as well. This was a conversion by a debt holder. We are entering discussions with all debt holders incurred from the previous management and are confident we will be negotiating these down to pennies on the dollar and consolidating to further improve and enhance our balance sheet to significantly reduce the amount of future conversions toward the overall goal of a debt-free company. We are currently cleaning up the books to proceed near-term with Regulation A filing for our primary means of capital raise for acquisitions.
