Curious if you consider NOT having the judge approve the stipulation when it was done as erred? Those were conditions of this stipulation itself! Was that adhered to and done????????? NOPEY, so did they err?????YEPPERS and then even QE's attorney said in court that he was sorry and it was his mistake and his fault!!!!!!! Fault for what? if nothing was done wrong????????


Also DO you consider adding out of nowhere prefferd shares to the TAS of preffered shares since they can not be added to or diluted as erred???????? Especially when we had already been given the payout matrix and number of shares and elected to participate and then THEN it was changed up on us! NAH that aint cool

Things that make me go hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, but me I am waiting to see if the case is in fact heard and how it gets handled!!!! I aint tupid enough to come out and say she will or won't prevail here nor if it will or won't be heard, at least not as FACT I won't.

Got my opinions but I'll not state em as fact.
