With Billions of shares trading daily I think they missed this one



Nah, the SEC crushed this one. Edwards, Turino, and Casavant passed massive amounts of stock back and forth to wash trades. That's your massive volume daily. To fake the appearance of shorting to make idiots think they would get rich from buying unregistered stock.

The SEC halted the stock and warned everyone.

The DOJ crushed these fools...who died in a karmic twist.
