When you say CMKX was a scam, I believe the SEC is there to keep that from happening. With Billions of shares trading daily I think they missed this one. But if it helps to pass your time away believing that the SEC has your best interest in mind, well good for you. Not everyone is Rich. A penny stock, or dollar stock, it doesn't matter how much the stock cost. They are there to protect everyone. Not just those who can pay them off. Remember, it was billions traded daily. But it's only a penny stock for the poor. They don't matter!!! RIGHT??
