To anyone interested about NS selling shrimp. They have sold many thousands of pounds of shrimp in the past (when they were using biofloc). They even had a delivery van (with all the fancy NS logo stickers on it) parked out by the plant in LaCoste when we were there earlier this month. They also had several booths with the company logos (for lack of a better term) on-site as well.

Granted, this is a whole other ballgame with the volume that they are about to be producing, so it is a valid point to make that they need to solve the “processing question.”

These guys are not going to grow and produce 6000 pounds of shrimp and not have a plan to process and deliver it to end-users. I’m sure there is a plan to make that happen. Time will tell....
