Thanks AF,
I am putting myself in their shoes and trying to justify buying time by waiting for the trial, similar to what just happened to Apple, and I cannot find a reason why I wouldn’t wait for the trial which would give me a few more months. What possible reason, if any would I get in wanting to settle sooner?
