They are in the float and I touched on the shares a few months ago. 8+ Million are in the Form 10 Filings Gregg had Griffin Trading and Something else I cannot recall of the top of my head. MEDIA something.

SOLI will easily win this court case. So yes the float is actually 12 mill less and those shares are frozen in brokerage accounts that are on the shareholder list.

I really like how Management has not only the company as a priority but us shareholders as well!

Exciting times ahead and looking forward to the Acquisition this week. 8k can drop from tomorrow to Friday! You have up to 4 business days after signing a Material Event to File it!


We already know on April 10th they filed the Subsidiary in Virginia.
