I think your ratio method is a wrong approach in estimating 1Q 2019 revenue. IMO, using 3Q 2018 revenue and Sam's pill count ratio of 1Q 2019/3Q 2018 to project 1Q 2019 revenue should result in a fairly close estimate of 1Q 2019 revenue.
