Great report and here’s my take on Monday’s 2nd set of 10 singers...
This was nothing like Sunday. Sunday was way way better overall.
Alyssa- she out performed the “pro”. I don’t know this song but she did good. B
Eddie- mousy- C
Wade- awkward on stage, but I do like the scruffy voice but it was boring. C
Ryan- his pro had so many piercings and tattoos and even something coming out of her nails, it was distracting. The song dragged on and on, but he did just OK. C
Evelyn- cant stand her voice D
Logan- his pro is a train wreck and he was mousy but I liked the harmonies. C
Raquel- the music for “tiny dancer” was WAY better than the singing. I had to chuckle because a local radio station plays a commercial for their songs (from the 70’s and 80’s” and it says “its ok if you dont know the words to tiny dancer” and some guy is in the shower singing “Hold me closer Tony Danza” omg, that commercial really tickles the hubby but if you listen, some times it sounds like Elton says tony Danza. Hahahahaha. Anyway, i gave her a C
Alejandro- the pro’s guitar was out of tune, boring song, but he did good. The pro sang way too much though. B-
Dimitrius- mousy but ok. B-
Jeremiah- he instantly talks more about his gayness (I DONT CARE AND I DONT WANT YOU TO KEEP SHOVING IT DOWN OUR TROATS ABOUT YOUR MENTAL ILNESS, OMG). Now that i got that off my chest... then the freaky lady encouraged him to be as gay as he wants to be. Sick. Anyway... she sand the most, he was only her back up singer. D
