So from the message they are stating the DTC notes say they will be awarded or converted to Common Coop Shares {CUSIP 62482R107}if I am reading that right, if and when the conversion or award was allowed.

If that is the case then it would make sense why the price has fallen so rapidly in coop commons share CUSIP 62482R107. Look who are major holders of CUSIP 62482R107 COOP
