Per the notes in the DTCC which are conditionally approved ( still subject to change )

" 03/22/19: Pursuant to the seventh amended joint plan holders will receive shares of CUSIP 62482R107 at a rate to be determined ." Outside of that, there is not much more information regarding the reorganization such as payable or a set rate.
