My view is that AMRN is at a point where the decision for either a
buyout or GIA becomes more critical. If AMRN does GIA it will need
to hire more reps and partner for Europe. Biotech Researcher has it
right that AMRN stock is fully valued based on sales, but undervalued
as a takeover play. For AMRN to GIA there will always be hurdles to
overcome. I have not read one stock analyst yet who claims that AMRN
should GIA. I do believe that JL is right with respect to Baker Brothers
and John Thero deciding what route AMRN will decide (or may have already
made the decision) to take. We shall see. Just as yesterday's ADA
news seems to have been a Eureka moment for the market, perhaps it was
even more so with Big Pharma.
