A big need for them now is money and/or resources to sell, market, manufacture, research. What are their options? Buyout, second offering, bond offering or some kind of special financing?

Seems too early still for a buyout. And the buyout price just got much higher. I'm still thinking partnerships, joint ventures, co-promotions, something like that are much more likely.
