And in order to get money in the door, they should be asking for warrants already outstanding to be exercised (and potentially some cashless exercises) instead of destroying the share structure to the tune of what's being asked. Company been giving away warrants at an alarming rate.

Simple responsible steps never taken.

And my bad ... the outstanding at Dec 2018 was up to 180 million. Haven't been watching this one closely any longer.
