Controlling shares will vote for because they have to. But everyone else needs to express their displeasure where it counts regardless of knowing we won't win.

20 cents ... Despite the authorized potential shares the actual outstanding is still around 165 million and there are some size chunk owners still. So news on launching Nutriquest someday might get it done. But we are bound to see another funding round shortly .... And I doubt MGMT will deliver anything substantive soon so ...not holding my breath for any great advance in stock price.
